Masaru Miyamoto, 93, and his 88-year-old wife, Tamie Miyamoto, were last seen in Hilo on Sunday.
Masaru Miyamoto is described as 5-foot-9, 165 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. Tamie Miyamoto, who walks with a limp, is described as 4-foot-10, 130 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.
They may be in a brown 1993 Toyota Camry sedan.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
